"Customer service really didn’t help :/"
I reached out hoping they could sort things out, but customer service wasn’t helpful at all. Frustrating experience :(

"I ordered what was supposed to be..."
I ordered what was supposed to be a navy headcover, but when it arrived it looked almost purple. The photos on the site really didn’t match what I got at all. i wasn’t expecting something this simple to turn into another annoying thing to deal with, but now I’m stuck figuring out a return or replacement. Disappointing, and I don’t think I’d order from them again.

"Sizing wasn’t quite right for me"
I’m not sure if it’s just me, but the sizing felt a little off. I did check the chart before ordering, so I kind of expected it to fit better, but the headcover ended up being tighter than I thought it would be. It wasn’t terrible or anything, just not comfortable enough to wear for very long. Maybe it works fine for others, but for me the fit didn’t feel right, which was disappointing.

"Kind of not worth the price"
I mean, the headcover looks alright, so it’s not like I totally hate it or anything. Shipping was fine too, no real complaints there. But, yeah, for what I paid, I guess I just expected it to feel a little nicer. It’s kind of a simple item, and it just feels a bit overpriced. I feel like I probably could’ve found something similar somewhere else for less.

"Looked fine, but didn’t feel soft enough"
The headcover looked decent when I got it, but once I tried it on, the material felt a little rough against my head. Maybe I’m just picky about texture, but for something I’d wear every day, I was expecting it to feel softer and more comfortable. It’s not terrible by any means, just not quite what I was hoping for

"Looked fine at first, but the quality wasn’t there"
I ordered this headcover thinking it would be a decent upgrade, and it looked okay when it first showed up. But after just a few rounds, the stitching started coming loose and the material felt way thinner than it should. For what they’re charging, I feel like they really cut corners on this one. I expected a lot better and wouldn’t buy from them again.

My first impression wasn’t great because the shipping took way longer than I expected. I kept checking the updates, but they didn’t really tell me much, so it was frustrating. The order did eventually show up, but if I needed something fast, I probably wouldn’t order from here again

"Return process was more hassle than it should’ve been"
I accidentally ordered the wrong size, which happens, but the exchange took a lot longer than I expected. I figured it would be a straightforward process, but I had to email more than once just to get an update. The product itself was fine, but the return/exchange process could definitely be smoother

"Just not comfy!!!"
I got a cap from here and honestly... it just did not work for me at all!! The seams started feeling scratchy quickly, and it sat kind of weird on my head??? I gave it a couple tries, wore it twice, but yeah... I gave up. Definitely not worth it for me!!

I don’t know, maybe I was missing something, but I really struggled to find what I was looking for on the site. Then when I finally got to checkout, it kept freezing on me. I tried a couple times because I thought maybe it was just my connection, but it was frustrating overall...

I was in a good mood when I placed the order, but that faded fast once I realized how long it was taking to ship. I kept checking for updates and there just wasn’t much to go on, which got really frustrating.
The product itself might be totally fine, but the slow shipping kind of ruined the whole experience for me. I probably wouldn’t order again if I needed something to arrive anytime soon.

"My order arrived shoved into this flimsy..."
My order arrived shoved into this flimsy bag and was all bent up by the time it got to me. For the price, I expected them to take a little more care with the packaging. Whoever handled this clearly didn’t think it through, and it left me disappointed.
